How does it work?

Your first session is always free. Please schedule a consultation here to see if health coaching is a good fit for you. If none of the times listed is convenient for you, please email me at lavenitewellness@gmail.com and we will find a mutually convenient time. Typically, I meet with clients every other week for 45 minutes via zoom, but in-person sessions are also available in Cambridge, MA.

What do we talk about?

You are the expert on your own health. We discuss any aspect of your wellness journey that you choose. You decide what to share, and I’m here to support you wherever you are in your health journey.

What is the commitment?

There’s no obligation after the free consultation. If you decide to continue, we will work together on a month-to-month basis.

Health coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Can I do health coaching while working with other providers?

Yes, absolutely! Health coaching complements medical care. I work alongside your healthcare providers to help you integrate their recommendations into your daily life and support your broader health goals.

What tools or resources will I receive?

As part of our coaching sessions and if helpful to you, I can provide tailored resources, such as goal-setting frameworks, mindfulness practices, or health management strategies, depending on your unique needs. You’ll receive ongoing support as your needs change over time.

Is Health Coaching Confidential?

Yes, all coaching sessions are completely confidential. Your privacy is important, and I follow strict guidelines to ensure your information remains secure.

Do you take insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, I hope to offer that option in the future—please check back for updates.
