Founder and Coach
Cecily is a Harvard-educated, multilingual coach with a 12 year background in education and support. She has significant expertise in disease management, nutrition, wellness and mindfulness. She is pursuing professional development certification at Duke Integrative Health.
Prior to Lavenite, Cecily founded a nature-based, academically rigorous elementary and middle school and worked in daily operations for more than a decade. Since her diagnoses of POTS in 2002 and Ehlers Danlos in 2007, she has devoted herself to understanding research and wellness options for those with chronic illness. She lives in Cambridge, MA with her husband, two children and their golden retriever.
Cecily’s passion is to embrace as much joy as possible in the face of chronic illness. Having informally supported friends and family for years, Cecily recognized the need for Lavenite Wellness. She looks forward to being a companion on your wellness journey, drawing upon her wealth of personal and professional experience navigating the complexities of chronic health conditions.

Events Director
Imogen is a hospitality guru who is delighted to bring her skills to Lavenite. Imogen was raised in the UK and worked in the front of house in restaurants for nearly 10 years before making the US her home in 2005. In the Bay Area, she was part of the team that put on the Noe Valley Harvest Festival, sourcing local art, food, and services. She also worked in hospitality at a wellness center in California. Imogen relishes the creative and theatrical aspect of setting up a space for people to gather in community and wellness. She finds joy in being part of a team that bears witness to enjoyment of food, wellness, and life.
Imogen lives in Arlington with her husband, two children, and (self-described) high-maintenance dog. Having struggled with chronic pain, connective tissue challenges, and dysautonomia, Imogen is passionate about the effect of nature on our wellness goals, and in particular to the connection between physical challenges and mental health.
